Can you please provide me with information what specific type of charge is able to charge mudita harmony. I used the one that is given in instruction so 5V 2A but is not working, many others neither.

It is not charging.
PS. It is alarm clock not phone.

Although the harmony is not a phone you can plug it in a PC to charge it and to connect ist with Mudita Center.
A PC will always deliver the amount of power the Harmony needs to charge.
A switching power supply might not,
Just give it a try and leave it plugged into a running PC for a few hours.

@tomekza26, please do what @denis_b suggested & if that doesn’t work, you can contact our customer service for a possible replacement.
