Mudita Harmony Bricked?

Hi,
My Mudita Harmony has recently frozen on the time screen (nothing on screen is changing either). No matter what I do I can’t seem to get it off this screen, I’ve tried charging the Harmony, I’ve tried force rebooting it as instructed in the instruction manual and I’ve tried connecting it to Mudita Center, nothing seems to work.

What can I do?

Hi There!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Before anyting else I would like to suggest following steps when it comes to resetting the Harmony:

  1. Plug in your Harmony
  2. Make sure to press the ‘back’ button first, and then the ‘backlight’ button
  3. Make sure to hold both buttons pressed for at least 12 seconds
  4. Repeat this at least three times
