Just wondering if the Mudita Harmony (1 and/or 2) is able to be used as a sunrise alarm clock? Does the light gradually turn on before the alarm, and is it bright enough to be used as a sunrise alarm clock? Thanks!

Both of them have the option to light up BEFORE the alarm rings. You can also customize it as well- for how long, and should there be a sound along with the light or no sound & JUST LIGHT. You can also set the light intensity.

I have the Harmony 2 as an alarm clock and it’s very good. Minor gripes:
- The light on the lowest setting is still quite bright. I have it set on the lowest setting and it doesn’t ‘fade up’ because of this.
- The light color is cold light. My preference would be warm like sunrise.
Plusses: 
- Loading custom sounds. I have Brian Eno’s Ambient 1/1 as my alarm wake-up and I love it.
- Battery power (no cord!) lasts 2-3 weeks using it in Relaxation mode nightly for ~30 mins.
