Mudita center export pictures

how to export files (pictures) from MC to my mac? i don’t see such an option

@ovy I asked my team about this because I am not familiar with Apple products- at all. I know that with a PC, you can always export them from the EXTERNAL storage, but I don’t know how that works with Macs.

@ovy I’m glad you were able to find a work-around. If you could, please share it because, like it or not, Mac does not support Android-based phones by design. They make it harder intentionally. They want you in their ecosystem, but as we all know, that’s not always possible.
FUN FACT: The last time I actually interacted with an Apple device the screen looked like this…

I use MacDroid app for transfer. It’s a freemium app, but you can also use a free app called OpenMTP

Which version of macOS are you using please? Some people on macOS have reported errors transferring files using openMTP. I wonder if recent security overkill on macOS might be responsible Thanks.

It’s one of those small features that would actually make the Mudita Center feel so much more complete. Being able to easily back up photos without jumping through hoops is a big win for the ‘minimalist’ workflow.
