Hello, I’ve had the Mudita Bell for a few weeks now and have loved it. For simplicity sake I just leave it plugged in on my night stand.
This morning I missed my alarm and was shocked to see that the Mudita’s hands had stopped turning. It is completely unresponsive to the light or settings button and everything. I verified that the outlet it is plugged into does indeed have power.
Hello @textbook_quest I’m sorry you’re having issues with Mudita Bell. Please double check if it is plugged in correctly and try to charge it for at least 2 hours. After that, do the reset by clicking setting and light button at the same time for 5 seconds. If it’s not gonna response please contact us directly at support@mudita.com and we will help you directly.
