One thing I have not been able to figure out is a way to track screen time. Has anyone found an app that works? Ive tried Mindful but it gets stuck at the permissions step (button just doesnt do anything).
Id really like to be able to track my screen time and you would think this would be one of the stock apps since I feel like reducing screen time is one of the main reasons for the kompakt to exist. But how can I tell what effect its had if I cant see the stats?
Minimo Launcher recently introduced a feature that allows you to see screen time. I haven’t tested it myself, so I don’t know if it works on Kompakt. The feature opens the “Digital Wellbeing” app, but I’m not sure if it’s available on AOSP 12
What are you using the kompact for that is making you worried about screen time? I don’t mean that in a snarky way or anything; I’m genuinely curious. I don’t use it even a fraction of the amount of time I did with my old smartphone so I’m surprised.

By how much less do you use it? Thats the problem lol. You dont really know/have any real data. I dont mean that in a snarky way. I dont think exposing this metric is asking for much.
May be helpful for those who want to track this.
In my case, sole smartphone = 4-8 hours a day including ~50% of that time listening to YT interviews/monologues. MK for me is 5-30 minutes a day. I could forget about it if I removed signal that I’m checking manually every now and then. I estimated that by looking at my messages’ timestamps and call history as I don’t do anything else on it.
