I missed a call this morning, and only know because my husband gets the call as well (automated call from the school). I also know that I missed at least one voice mail from a friend some days ago. Both times the situation sorted itself out, but now I’m wondering if this an issue with the phone or the provider? I’ve been using the Kompakt for almost 2 months and this is the first time I’ve come aware of this happening.

Verizon Wireless (VZW) users in the USA yesterday (January 14) experienced an hours-long outage. Is VZW your provider?

@catan When you say that you ‘missed the call’ what exactly happened? Did Kompakt not ring AT ALL & then when you looked on your screen & saw missed calls…like this?
Or you didn’t get the calls AT ALL & then found out someone was trying to reach you?
I did not get a call at all., no notifications I should have though. I have gotten this automated call before from the school on the Kompakt, so odd that this one did not come through.

Check these settings because I was just testing them with another user & it looks like when they are enabled, if the phone number calling you is NOT in your list- that phone call won’t come through. It doesn’t even go to VM.

I checked them, and they were not enabled.

Was this resolved? Did you continue to get no call and no notification. I am now experiencing the same issue.
Add missed calls & not being notified to messages not received and much as I love the Kompakt, I’m beginning to loose faith in it .

@sundancermartin just to make sure we’re on the same page & that I’m understanding you correctly, you’re not seeing this on your screen if you miss a call?

I am not aware of any missed calls or messages since I last posted about this.
