Running Katapult this apparently can’t be done.

It’s not that it can’t be done. It’s just too much work to make (redesign my existing fake widget system) that appears on the lockscreen using an experimental way that is not normally supported by Android.
But making it appear in the Mudita OS-K using the native android function it’s one line of text. I’m in LineageOS right now so I can’t take a screenshot, but basically what you’re asking is this:
The left screenshot (the function itself) exists in Mudita OS K, it just has been hidden. But it doesn’t exist on the Mudita Lockscreen but it is a very easy to add. (and honestly more useful than the touch the power button to unlock).
