YES, Mudita offline maps are just that…offline. You don’t need data to use them. You just need data when you download the map to the phone. So, once it’s on your phone you don’t need data.
Once the OFFLINE+ mode is enabled, GPS will not work. That button IS NOT customizable. Here’s more info about what it does & how it works.
