But now I can take pics but not see them as I have no connection to MuditaCenter

Guys this discussion is about showing off your photographies with your Mudita Kompakt so I think it would be good to not derail the topic and create a separate discussion for support requests

Yes agree - actually there’s a dedicated customer support thread, and another one dedicated to the recent update. Both would probably be a good place to continue the troubleshooting discussions

The problem has recurred several times. Each time, I have to turn the “Offline+” button on and off to get the camera to work. Will this issue be addressed in the next update, or is there another way to fix it?

This has happened on both my and my wife’s Kompakts now. Both times it was a black screen and the whole phone kinda locked up. We had to power cycle to get anything to respond.

@andrewh Our team is investigating this. In the meantime- you can also try this:
Go to System → Developer options → Privacy and toggle the “Camera access” radio button.
