I think it might become necessary - depending on scale - that Mudita considers different approach for the US customers, or partners with some repair shops abroad for battery replacements.
By the way, Philips just started their Fixables program to help people 3d-print spare parts for their gear. Nothing much so far but that’s kinda interesting: Philips | Printables.com
Yeah, I’m going to be writing in my feedback that I think they should reconsider their approach to battery replacements. I am forced to ship to Poland whenever my battery starts to die, and I am at the mercy of whether or not Mudita is still replacing them when the time comes. The battery is proprietary and they won’t ship them, so where really is the longevity of this device? Do I really own it if I don’t own the right to repair it?
