It is a plugin for KoReader called Simple UI, try to Google it, you can find the install process on it’s GitHub. It’s very simple, you just unzip a file, copy it to the Kompakt in the KoReader/plugins folder and you configure it on the Kompakt.

I would also apprechiate if I could turn pages by using the volume buttons.

I appreciate landscape mode for EPUB files in the native reader app; it would be nice to enable it for PDF files as well.

Is there any interest in adding automatic rotation in the upcoming update?
