A mix-up happened with my phone delivery last week and I haven’t received the product, or a non-automated customer support reply from Mudita.
Before describing the situation, my intent isn’t to whine or badmouth the company, which I believe is a good company. I just want some help so I can get my phone.
The delivery was to a Canada Post location, which I discovered belatedly didn’t want to accept a package from whoever was contracted to deliver the phone. So the package wasn’t accepted, but the delivery was nevertheless reported as complete, and I got a “your phone has been delivered!” type email from Mudita.
Under the circumstances it’s hard not to suspect that the delivery person saw an opportunity and just took the package home… hopefully not true, as I don’t like to harbour suspicions.
Anyway, I’m hoping Mudita can reach out soon and I’ll report back with whatever ends up happening. I was excited to get my phone last week =(
