How can I extract logs from Mudita Center?

What about the notifications? Really need to be able to shut text messages off, If I need to take a nap but still be able to take calls right now I can’t do that without text message sounds going off, really need to be able to have a phone calls only mode

@jfoigjboiwjefaij When you connect Kompakt to Mudita Center- you can contact support 
It automatically sends logs from Center if there are errors.
However, I did speak to the Kompakt Lead about your specific issue & this is the first time we have received such a situation about Kompakt resetting itself without any warning- so it’s really a headscratcher for out team. Out of the thousands of Kompakts sent out, yours is the only one that did this, so please be patient while they try to see what could have possibly happened here.
Hi @urszula the only thing I can think of is that due to the easy unlocking, I uncannily managed to run through a perfect sequence of navigating and confirming a factory reset while riding my bike 
Since disabling the fingerprint reader the phone is significantly more usable without all the inadvertent unlocks and near emergency service dials. I will wait and see if it happens again but for now I imagine it was just an insane coincidence with the unlock!
