I have a very big problem with the alarm app on the Kompakt. Alarm starts without any sound. Useless and actually dangerous when oversleeping and coming late to work. Thankfully I always use two alarm clocks.
The alarm shows on the phone but there is no sound. Strangely it worked in the beginning. I always use the same alarm I already set before and which was turned off and which I re-set again. But that shouldn’t be the problem. It works with every other alarm app.
Of course sound is set in app. I can’t figure out what the problem is.
I just tried it again. The other alarm for general stuff (not waking up) I tried just now is working, re-set also. But the morning waking up alarm doesn’t make any sound. So really really buggy. And not usable like this.
Thank you for reaching out & I am sorry that you’re experiencing issues. Let’s see if we can fix this together. Just to make sure we’ve covered all bases, when you say that “the sound is set in the APP”, do you also mean that you have set the VOLUME level in the sound setting?
There is a separate Alarm Volume Setting in the SOUND SETTINGS, which you don’t see in the ALARM app.

Of course. As one pseudo alarm to see if it doesnt work all the time had the sound today. Sometimes there is a sound, sometimes there is none. Same settings of course for all alarms. And now two times at night waking up, there was no alarm, with the right settings set. So it is useless as an alarm clock. I always have two devices to be sure. Thank god. Otherwise I would have gotten in big trouble at work.
