We’re excited to share something we’ve been working on behind the scenes:
Mudita Mindful Design (MMD) is our in-house visual and technical framework for E Ink interfaces.
It defines how we approach simplicity, clarity, and energy efficiency in our products.

We’ve made the full documentation publicly available on Zeroheight, so that other designers, developers, and creative minds can see how we bring our mindful philosophy to life in our products.

i didn’t realize they made each page identical to avoid ghosting. it’s sort of frustrating though, because it doesn’t seem like i went to the next page, and i find out i’m all the way on the last page, when scrolling. it’s just very confusing. i might be one of the few who don’t mind ghosting. i prefer that over not being able to keep track won whether or not i turned the next page

a great way to get more people on board with their creativity running wild in the boundaries of e-ink-devices such as the mudita kompakt. I would love additional apps that would fit the design of the native apps on the phone. Great thinking!

I’d be glad to learn what IDE, what processes to follow to develop an app with all that. I’d be using Python if possible.
