Cool! Personally I’m an edgier sort, and while I completely understand why a lot of people making stuff for the Kompakt default to flowers, trees, and other peaceful stuff, I’d really like a background that suits my aesthetic more (your moons background is my current pick!). Some ideas I’ve had:
- a little line of grave markers to create a minimalist cemetery scene
- a pair of slightly eerie cat-like eyes
- circuit board lines
- thorny rose vines
- a snake twining around the empty space
- bats! maybe just one, maybe a swarm, I just love bats
