How to turn on flash light

I have just received the pure and I am now located in Egypt and I have some issues

  1. how to turn on / off flash light
  2. the ring tones are so low and I can’t here it
  3. signals is just so bad and is there a way to force the use of 2g network?

  2. This is just how the hardware of the phone is. Not much that can be done
  3. Yeah. This is also part of the hardware + software issue. If you go to settings, you may be able to switch to 2G only, but I doubt that will make it better. It’s a modem issue with the low SAR.

@Amr_Osman Make sure you update your Mudita Pure to the newest OS version, which is 1.2.1. There were a number of audio fixes that were implemented in the last update. A new update is coming shortly.

is there an option to force the use of 3g or 2g only as 4g signal in my area is weak

@Amr_Osman I reached out to the team about this & currently there is no possibility to switch manually between 2G, 3G or 4G. However, our team is looking at possibly implementing this in the software. We think it’s a good idea.
