How to buy the Global version in Canada?

I want to buy the Global version of the Kompakt but on the store page it switches the version to “NAM” after selecting my shipping country (Canada).

Is there no other way to select it ?

Out of curiosity why would you not buy the NA optimized version?

I occasionally do a bit of traveling outside of Canada and want to have that option.

@dimsum I would suggest you get the NAM version because it has additional BANDS which are use in North America, in addition to the BANDS used in the Global version.

I will occasionally travel to Greece and am concerned that the coverage with the North American version will not be sufficient in some areas possibly. The North America version does not support B1 or B20 bands (which are key bands for Cosmote, Vodafone GR, etc… if i’m not mistaken).

I’m a bit conflicted now as Global version doesn’t have bands B2 and B4 (some fallback bands that networks in Canada use…)

I’m not sure how to proceed now.
