Argh, I feel over skating with MK in pocket - keys have cracked the screen. How do I sort a replacement repair?

I contacted them a while back and after a first reply I can’t get a response out of the support team. It’s really frustrating., They just won’t reply. Are you able to nudge them? I just want to get the screen fixed!
