I’m going to write an updated list from the original for the Harmony 2 since some time has passed and it is clear a few suggestions cannot be implented due to limitations and hardware. Here are things that I still hope updates will allow:
I’m still hoping maybe we have ability to remove certain default sounds that come with the clock and we never use.
This cannot be done- possibly for a future model
Having a sleep timer functionality would still be wonderful. It means playing a sound automatically at a certain time with an ending duration.
This suggestion also cannot be implemented. Possibly for a future model.
Would love to add new sounds/mp3 files to “Meditation” which could include breath work or sound baths.
@muxbree I’ve passed on the info to our team. Thanks for the feedback. I know which sound I would want to delete from MY Mudita Harmony…maybe we are thinking about the same one LOL
Hi Urszula, any idea if this is potentially in the works? Even if it’s not actually happening right now, I’m wondering if the Mudita team has added it to their list to work on? This is regarding deleting default sounds that comes with the clock that we never use. By removing, we could give more space to make the clock more customizeable with our own mp3 files.
Totally understand! I didn’t mean to ask prematurely I just wondered if Mudita said anything as of yet! This is regarding a possible trade-in program in the future.
Indeed a good list, I can only heartly agree, as it would expand usability
With add on of general mp3 player, just because it can do it (as seen in Pure - noting fancy, just playing song by song)
With great understanding focus is on Kompakt, we hope this will eventually come to H1 and H2
@muxbree I’ve passed it on & they are looking into it. There are a few things to consider before the decision is made- Like for example, if you needed to factory reset the device, should the sound be there or no. Also, how that would work with future updates, would the sound have to be removed every time you do an update. So, it’s not really that simple.
Thank you, Urszula! I completely understand. I know it’s no easy task. I just wondered if there was any update because as you said, maybe it isn’t possible. I appreciate you passing it on
If it were up to me, in my opinion, it would make sense if somehow there was coding that re-added all the default music upon factory setting because it’s like having a fresh device. However, if it’s a personal device, I think if it were possible, once you remove once, then it wouldn’t be there for any future update makes the most sense to me. However, not sure if Mudita can code that in and there may be limitations. I just wanted to brush on that subject since we were discussing.
