Loving my Mudita Kompakt.
I have a basic question.
I own the global phone.
I have one SIM from the USA and one sim from Europe.
Will the global phone be able to handle both simultaneously?
I emailed my service provider in USA and gave them the UMEI and they said it is not supported.
Is there any hope?
@J_Dilla Two things to consider…do you have roaming enabled on your US SIM? So if your SIM would be in a traditional smartphone would you have network connection in Europe, while traveling.
Also, which network provider are you using with your US SIM card?
Hello, yes I have a plan in USA that allows me to maintain my number while traveling/living abroad. It works properly on my Iphone. I am using AT&T. But they are saying that the Mudita KOmpakt is not supported.
@J_Dilla Yes, they say this because we haven’t paid the ransom they want 
Make sure the sim is not 5G (Kompakt doesn’t support 5G) and make sure you have activated it on a smartphone that they do approve of.
Additionally, make sure your APN settings are set correctly & that you’ve enabled roaming on your device.
