I also had one… a see through- black. Also around 1994.

They thought it was nonsense. But 2 years later they bought me my first mobile phone, to keep in touch… :crazy_face:(oh the irony… :rofl:)

I didn’t get my first mobile phone until 1998 or 1999, so that pager was definitely a good deal

Sounds a bit shady to me, there will be workarounds. Big tech and governments will find a way to legalize the illegal. Data sells…

Phones are also digital leashes. I actually wonder if it’d be better to not carry a phone at all. Except for the fact that I need to be reachable for emergencies (e.g. at my kid’s school)

This is something to think about if you used any old-generation photo storage websites that were popular in the early 2000s, like Flicker or Yahoo photos. What do you think they did with those pictures, just deleted them. oH nO
