Should we still take off the screen cover and set the device up to test them out, or will the 14 day trial/return period not start until we receive the corrected device?

Yep but haven’t heard anything back in a day and just hoping this isn’t eating into my time to test the phone out. Ordered white, 3 cases, and a screen protector which the packing slip shows, but received a gray phone and no accessories. Hoping they can still send me a pink one since that was supposed to be in the box and they’re not sold now
Pink one…? Is Mudita Kompakt manufactured in PINK??? Does anyone have photo how it looks like? I can’t find anything in the Internet.
lol no, I wish. I meant the pink case that was originally going to be offered, I picked that one when kickstarting it. sorry for the confusion
lol sorry for making the post, I was impatiently refreshing UPS every few hours over the weekend in anticipation and now theres a Mudita Kompact sitting on my desk I can’t even open and use and it’s driving me a little insane

Sent back my wrong color device this morning and support said they’ll ship out my correct color one and all my missing accessories.
