Exciting News: Mudita Kompakt Heads to Indiegogo! 🎉

As most of you already know, our Mudita Kompakt Kickstarter campaign has officially wrapped up with an incredible success, thanks to your amazing support! :raised_hands: Reaching our funding goal in less than 4 hours was a testament to the enthusiasm for mindful technology, and we couldn’t be more grateful for this vibrant community.

But the journey doesn’t end here! Due to the overwhelming interest in Mudita Kompakt, we’re taking the next step to make it accessible to even more people. That’s why we’ve decided to launch an Indiegogo campaign!

:star2: Check it out here:

For anyone who missed the chance to back us on Kickstarter, this is your opportunity to join the movement for mindful tech and help redefine what it means to live more offline and more in the moment. The price is still low, but not as low as on Kickstarter.

Let’s keep the momentum going: feel free to spread the word, share the campaign, and invite friends who value mindful technology to join us on Indiegogo! Kickbooster will be available for this campaign as well. @Sharaz & I will be sharing this info shortly

Thank you for being an essential part of this journey. Together, we’re making mindful tech a reality

I pledged (ordered) on Kickstarter, but I am glad that others now can order on Indiegogo – still at a very good discount!

More crowdfunding means basically more preorders and more initial funds to finish the product on software side.
So I wish you even more success (even in my eyes Indie often has less backers) . Ah I might be very wrong, Pure got 50 percent more support on Indie. Maybe I prefer green scheme and layout of KS? Indie looks childish.
I like the fact that FAQ now reflects way more what product current flaws and direction are, without unrealistic promises. Informed decision to buy leads to less returns and complaints.
Apps and specs are listed, quite far below - if possible I would push them first or first in FAQ.
I also dont see shipping countries list which is critical - but I might have overlooked it.

Anyway, I wish you to reach at least the same, if not more, making those million (s) of preordered. I dont know how phone world works, but to small business it looks like hefty sum for production and development and some salaries for the team.
What those who already KS preordered can do - is spread the word.

It is fun to see Mudita’s Google-apps-free Kompakt adjacent to Rob Braxman’s new Google-apps-free BraX3 at Indiegogo today!

If I did not already have a deGoogled Google Pixel 6, then I likely would have backed the BraX3 at Indiegogo after backing the Kompakt at Kickstarter.

Either the BraX3 or my Pixel 6 are great traveling-outside-the-USA complements to the “North-America optimized” Kompakt for use in the USA.

Feature-wise, the BraX3 is almost identical to a deGoogled Google Pixel 6.

Indiegogo campaign seems to be going better. Seems now is €354,423 EUR by 1,082 backers, and I suppose there is a month to go, so there is potential to double number pf backers and summ.

Seems million eur in preorders is smiling at Mudita .

I remember KLF burned their earned million gbp of pure profits, but as statement, not out of being rich.

But that’s whole another story.

Best wishes for kompakt sales and development, hope in 12 months some 0.5% buget can go to improving old MOS

Will there be a unique affiliate link that each of us can get to use for referring friends and relatives to the Mudita Kompakt campaign on Indiegogo?

I had one for Kickstarter, but I deleted it after the Kickstarter campaign ended on 2 December 2024.

@kirkmahoneyphd Do you still have your Kickbooster account?

Interesting shared profit model, which is great and boost sales. Similar model I had in mind for optimized software development (up to 10 percent of final sale price is shared via e.g. 10 app developers)

No, I deleted the URL that Mudita assigned to me and have no record of what it was, as I assumed that the “Kick” in Kickbooster was specifically for Kickstarter accounts. :face_with_diagonal_mouth:

That link that you were assigned, now, automatically, switched to Indiegogo. Check your kickbooster dashboard & you will see it in there.

@kirkmahoneyphd I think in that case you will have to sign up again  It’s going to be running for a few weeks, so I think it’s worth it.
