Both should work, but Mudita recommends using Wifi to reduce cost.

The rollout happens in batches, thatā€™s how weā€™ve done it since we rolled out 1.2.0 last year in July.

Well, at least 2 major features (the virtual keyboard and the GPS) got major overhauls. The first one does improve massively the way I use the Kompakt. So, pretty happy.

Great to hear, so is there any delay at all when typing? Sometimes the letter donā€™t register when I am typing fast. So you would say its night and day now in terms of how much better the keyboard is? Still waiting for my update!

With the former firmware, I was getting :

  • delays
  • inverted letters
  • double triggers
  • unrelevant suggestions

All those issues disappeared and it got additional features like tons of emojis and a faster / intuitive workflow taking into account the selected language. <3

Hello, guys! As I mentioned on another thread, I got the update. It is very coolā€‹:+1:. I want to tell you that I will do this guessing game at all the updates that will come. This thread will become the place where all the people are welcome to discuss about anything like how minimallist is Nutella. :heart:

Pro tip for the ones who did not get the update: press the ā€œcheck againā€ button 10-15 times a little bit faster than usual.
