Eink Transport — Community App Review
Version: 0.1.0
Very simple public transport app based on the amazing work done by https://transitous.org/. They provide a free and open source public transport API based on MOTIS.
This is a very simple point A → point B route checking application. You can provide your location, not yet based on GPS and an end location and it will choose your best public transport route. You can check a route for later, or even set the arrival time instead of the leaving time. Happy to hear feedback about the app! If anyone decides to use it, let me know if it works in your area. I have tested it for a couple of days in the Netherlands where it works very well. If your area is not well supported there is not a lot I can do about this. I just make the app look pretty (well MMD does).
I am partially an App developer by trade and have been recently introduced to the Mudita Kompakt, so if any of you have app suggestions let me know and I can add them to the list!
Greetings from Turku, Finland! App works fine and shows all departures, but the only problem is that everything is one hour early. Could you please fix this?

Hmm. I have not encountered that. Can you send a screenshot of the issue showing? Maybe it is a timezone issue? I have only tested in The Netherlands, so maybe it does have some differences between countries.
EDIT:
Just did a test and the timezone is hardcoded to Amsterdam, so I fixed that now to use the system timezone. There is an issue if you check a timetable for a different timezone then that you are in, but that should be a very minor issue.
This is the app I was waiting for. I have not found a reliable transit app here in Québec (Canada) that doesn’t use Google services. Thank you so much! Will test this more in the coming weeks, but for now I think it’s great. Maybe consider choosing an exact time and date for departure (instead of +15 -15)? Might be good also to see a summary of transport numbers/ metro lines directly on the menu, but I could definitly live without this.

Ahhhh! Yes, I had that before, but it got a bit too crowded. Let me see if I can redesign it so that it gives a bit more info, but for a transfer or something you would probably have to click on the detai view.
I think it would fit quite well is this space if put something like (train photo here)(train number)+(some bus photo)(bus line number)+(how many more transfers there are) Like in the marked area of the second photo from Finland’s railways.
I also found a bug for you to fix for the next release . If you have more than 2 transfers, the display is not enough and there is no way to scroll down (see the photo).
Thank you for this quick update! Looks like I cannot see the bus line though, only the bus icon.
Edit: I tried this with different itineraries and it looks like it is intended. I can see why this might be useful for 2 or 3 transfers, but maybe you should see the transit line when there’s no transfer? or have it show the first ones, then “…”?
