Hey everyone, I’ve been using Audible for a while now, and I absolutely love it. There’s just something about audiobooks that really lets me enjoy stories while I’m on the go, whether I’m driving, at the gym, or just relaxing. But here’s the thing, sometimes I wish I could have my Audible books in MP3 format.
I’ve tried downloading Audible books to my computer before, but the files come in AAX or AA formats, which means they’re only really usable on Audible’s app or devices that support their format. It’s a bit limiting, and I’d really like to convert these files into MP3 so I can play them on any device, whether it’s my old MP3 player or just to have them in a universal format that’s easy to share and back up.
I did some research, and I found a couple of tools that seem promising. Some of them, like ViWizard Audible Converter, can remove the DRM protection from Audible books and convert them to MP3, which sounds like exactly what I need. I’ve also read that Libation is a free tool that could help, though it seems a bit technical to set up.
I also stumbled upon Convertio, which is an online tool that might work for converting Audible files if I already have the files downloaded, but I’ve heard it doesn’t work well with DRM-protected content, so that’s something to consider.
Has anyone else used any of these tools to convert their Audible books to MP3? I’d love to hear your thoughts or experiences!
