If you brick it then after force shutdown and restart you have option to reset it

Happened to me once while I was on a day out . Never touched that setting again.

A moment of silence for the poor souls who found this post by googling after having bricked their device, as I did. Things will be okay, but make sure to write down all apps and phone numbers and whatnot that are still somewhat fresh in memory.
