Delivering the Accessories to non-listed Countries

Hi @urszula,
My sister who is in Europe used to order and bring the Mudita products for me (staying in a country where none of your products are not deliverable).
I bought Pure, Earphones, Moment and Kompakt from Mudita. All these are brought to me by my sister when she travels to visit us.
Now I plan to get back case for MK. I do not want to wait for longer time for my sister to order it for me and bring it here when she comes to my Country.
Is there any possibility that at least the accessories can be delivered in my country.
Please help. Thanks in Advance.

Search for a reshipper type of business. That’s what I do for example when I need something from the US that only ships within US. Placing an order to an in-US address, and reshipper sends it further.

@ramamohan I will ask our logistics team about this.

@ramamohan I’ve asked our team & they said that adding individual countries is quite problematic. That’s why, at this moment, we wouldn’t be able to ship to India because each shipment outside our standard delivery zones requires a custom shipping quote (as well as custom estimation of customs duties & tariffs). This process is quite time-consuming, and our system isn’t configured to handle it automatically just yet.
