Hi, I want to sideload an app that I would use to send files (especially ticket for transports, events or QR codes) from my MacBook to the Mudita Kompakt.
Since I don’t want to already install whatsapp or any email app, I’m looking for any alternatives that can be simple and would not drain my battery.
I was wondering if anyone has tried some of the famous cloud app’s like OneDrive or Dropbox on Mudita and if there are also alternatives to them.
P.S. I would love to see adding an app from Mudita that does exactly that

Consider a Nextcloud-based service, such as The Good Cloud or Tab.Digital, each of which offers a free level.

what about installing Signal Messeger? They have a desktop version, and a note-to-self feature that i use to send myself things.

Good point! I have used the note-to-self feature in Session on a Kompakt, and it worked very well for transfers with Session on my computer.

I’m not sure why this needs to be cloud-based? You say you want to transfer tickets from your laptop to your phone. This can be done quite easily by plugging your Kompakt into your laptop and dragging and dropping the PDFs or QR images to the Kompakt. Easy peasy.
