Hi everyone,
I’ve had my Mudita Kompakt for a little over a week now, and I just noticed the case is ripped at the corner. I haven’t dropped the phone or mishandled it at all. The tear is right along the seam, so I’m thinking it might be a manufacturing issue.
I’ve already opened a support ticket, but I wanted to post here to see if anyone else has experienced something similar. Any suggestions or feedback are appreciated.

@urszula Thanks for responding and giving me some guidance on how to reach support. I did start a ticket for this issue 3 days ago have haven’t heard anything besides a message they received it.
