I was able to connect for the first time, then I disconnect the cable, connect again and no more option to connect:
Obviously I have one device, the Center doubles it. Instructions 1.-4. do not help

I had to fiddle with this. You will likely need to restart your device and keep it plugged in

I had the same issue. Included the two device.
Need many restart and so on. Painful.

Think I today, found a solution.
When connecting the device to the computer first and then launch MuditaCenter, it work.
