I replied to the customer service person with LTE Discovery results. This ways several days ago and they said they would send to their tech team but I haven’t heard anything since.

Just so you are aware, this issue is not limited to phone calls. I tried it with the built in audio recording app. Thanks

You should report this to customer service. This might be a hardware issue & a warranty replacement might be needed, but only the guys in customer can determine that.
