I received the phone a couple of weeks ago, configured for North America. Initially, MMS functionality was working correctly. I was able to receive both group messages and photo messages.
After updating the device to software version 1.4.0, MMS no longer works. When attempting to download group or photo messages, I receive the following error:
“Couldn’t download Message expired or not available.”
I am on the Verizon network. Mobile data is enabled.
APN Settings:
- APN Name: LTE – Verizon Internet
- APN: VZWINTERNET
- APN Protocol: IPv4/IPv6
- APN Roaming Protocol: IPv4
- APN Status: Enabled
- APN Type: default,dun
SMS App Settings:
- Group Messaging: Single MMS group chat
- Download MMS content: Enabled
- Allow while roaming: Enabled
Are additional settings I should verify, or if this is a known issue with version 1.4.0?
