As a millennial, it’s remarkable to reflect on how technology has transformed our world during my lifetime. When I was a child, flip phones were the latest craze, and we had to use dial-up internet to browse the web. Now, I carry around a powerful smartphone that allows me to connect with people across the globe instantly, access any information I need within seconds, and even control my smart home devices with just my voice. Social media has also had a huge impact on how we communicate and consume media, changing the way we interact with friends and stay informed about current events. Reading this blog puts it in perspective, technology has revolutionized every aspect of our lives, making the world more connected and accessible than ever before.
But not without headaches. We are now realizing the downsides of all of this.
