So the phone buttons don’t work except the Red button which closes the phone calls. How do it force a restart on it? Can i use the mudita center to restart it?

@shak All the buttons on Mudita Pure are BLACK, where do you see a RED button? Did you mean the ROUND button?

Yeah I meant the right rounded key used to end calls and power on/off the phone. It was the only working so I couldn’t do anything. I had removed the battery and it solved. Just wondering if maybe mudita center had an o option to force restart or shutdown pure phone. That way there would be no need to open the cover and remove the battery

@shak A battery-pull is a great way to easily reset a phone. We sometimes don’t even think about it because in the age of smartphones, removable batteries are pretty much non-existent. However, I often do this with my BlackberryQ10 & it works great.
