The weather app is good enough but kinda useless for me in Celsius.

(in the Weather app, by bottom-right weather access or by the Weather app icon)
the three lines up top left, then
the Settings up top (between “Locations” and the pen), then
toggle Temperature from Celsius to Fahrenheit
