Amber-tinted screen protector

I’m sure this has been brought up in the past, but I just wanted to say that if Mudita released an amber-tinted screen protector (just a subtle tint, nothing extreme) to help neutralize the bluish frontlight, I would buy it in a heartbeat. Heck, I’d gladly pay $20 or $30 for it.

Anyone else feel similarly? Perhaps the team will consider it if this thread gains enough traction

Yes! I just got my MK a few days ago and I’m loving it so far, but I’m salty about the fact they made a warm flashlight but no option for warm frontlight.

This would definitely make the phone more expensive, and everything about this device screams budget. That’s exactly why there’s no adjustable screen warmth, bigger battery, higher resolution E-ink panel, better speaker, quality DAC for music, or a more energy-efficient SoC. But honestly, I get it—Mudita is a small company selling standalone hardware without any ongoing paid services, so they need to make a profit. To be fair, if anyone really misses all those extra gigabytes of spyware, there’s always the Hibreak Pro to buy

That’s so smart! I would definitely use that.
