Adding case/protector to preorder, and Kompakt on Mudita Center

I have pre-ordered a Kompakt through the Indiegogo campaign - now that cases and screen protectors have been announced, is it possible to add these to my order or must I order them separately?

Secondly, I don’t yet see the Kompakt listed on Mudita Center, do I need to update version?

Lastly, is there any update on when shipping is expected for Europe/UK orders? I had originally read May but some of the announcements suggested even April might be possible (or am I just getting over excited…).

I’ll answer the Mudita Center question first:
The version that recognizes Mudita Kompakt is not out yet. It will be released when we start shipping Mudita Kompakt to our backers.

Regarding adding accessories to the order- I’ve reached out to our team to see what can be done in situations like this.

As far as shipping goes, we are still on track. Nothing has changed.
The Global version (which includes EU & UK is expected to start in April
The North America version is scheduled in May.
So it won’t be too long :slight_smile:

@urszula I, too, am wondering about adding accessories to my indiegogo order. I reached out on that platform but never heard back.

@urszula I wanted to add two more cases to my order and was told that was impossible without cancelling and starting over.

You should have some understanding for the fact that everything at Mudita is going a bit haywire at the moment and that such special requests cannot always be realised.

Don’t forget that this is a relatively new and small company where the processes don’t work in the same way as in a long-established large company.

At the moment, every free hand is needed to dispatch the KompaKt devices. When a device like this is launched, it’s an exceptional situation for a company like this to have to cope with.

Nevertheless, I don’t think anyone can complain. Take a look at how quickly people respond to enquiries here in the forum and Urszula really goes out of her way to respond to everyone here. That is quite extraordinary!

@anon36556420 yeah, as @marko said, we are all hands on deck with the dispatching of Mudita Kompakt & sometimes it’s just not possible to make changes at such short notice. We’re sorry about this.
