2 factor authentication via fingerprint and pin code

The Mudita Kompakt can be unlocked using either a fingerprint or a PIN code.
Is it possible to configure the device so that both fingerprint and PIN are required every time?

Additionally, is there an option to reset the phone using a special PIN code?
And can the device be set to automatically reset itself after a certain number of failed PIN attempts (for example, after 10 incorrect entries)?

This is not possible. You can do either one or the other.

I have passed the other questions on to our team.

@Pawesome Our team responded & there is no option to reset the phone using a special PIN code or to have it reset itself after a set amount of incorrect entries.
