I am an American ICU nurse living in Germany for more than a decade. I am interested in alternative medicine and have recently changed jobs, leading to me no longer having personal access to a smartphone. I enjoy and thrive when I am disconnected from the digital world. I enjoy outdoor sports and play water polo with an older men’s team in Regensburg.
