My phone’s SAR value is 0.14 but I still get headaches and using my brother’s old iphone in speaker mode felt like something was drilling into my brain and my headache lasted 3 days. I use a landline and I’m sad to find out that copper is being phased out! My cell phone is usually turned off unless I’m working (on call) and it doesn’t get reception close to tall buildings. Just as well.
