So I got a call from Fedex (I am thinking its not a scam cause its what you guys use to ship our phones. But it asking me to pay a duty fee. Did not know I had to pay extra money

Scammers usually try to randomly catch someone who is waiting for some kind of delivery, so the mere fact that they claim they’re from FedEx shouldn’t make them trustworthy. Please be careful.

no, you don’t need to pay extra - there is a general post about contacting mudita asap if you get a message to pay any duties/fees. When I got my shirt, I was asked to pay duties…contacted Mudita and they dealt with it. This morning, got a message from Fedex regarding duties for my phone and sent Mudita an email.

@cardio79 Please don’t pay any extra fees to FedEx. We posted about this in a Community Announcement about a month ago: COMMUNITY Announcement: Please DO NOT pay additional FedEx/Courier/Duty fees
