Hi,
we are a small design studio in Sweden looking to get the Mudita Kompakt.
But the shop does not seem to exclude VAT on our order (EU companies do not pay VAT when ordering from within EU).
We have added our VAT number and everything looks ok in our company profile, as far as I can tell.
We have emailed about this a couple of times but no response so far (we understand that you probably have a lot to do and that resources may be focused elsewhere this close after product launch).
Thank you for what looks like a very much needed product!

I’ve also ordered the phone registered to my business and paid VAT. In The Netherlands, I can simply report it was an international purchase and get back the paid VAT that way. Not sure how that works in Sweden.

@underthesign sounds super nice to be able to do that.
In Sweden we would have to send in a separate application with a lot of extra paperwork to get the VAT back.

@xpandedreality Can you please send me your e-mail via DM. This way our accounting department can prepare the correct invoice. Once you pay the invoice we can place your order manually.
