Hi, i’m trying to connect for the first time my Mudita Pure to Mudita Center in order to update the OS (now is 1.1.6). Every time i try to connect the phone to mudita center (v. 3.0) it says “There is a connection problem”. Support center suggests to use an older version of Mudita Center but nothing happened. I’ve downloaded multiple versions but i still can’t update the Pure.
version 1.4 or less = the software sees the Pure but shows “your phone is up to date” and if i try to search for new update it says “error occurred”
version 1.5 = everything seems working but it ask for a necessary firmware update. If i click “update” it shows “updating MuditaOS : it may take a few minutes” endlessly.
version 1.6 = it force to update the firmware like the 1.5 but if i click “update” it shows an error message.
version 1.7 and above = it can’t read the Pure like the 3.0
I’ve tried both on Windows and MacOS with different cables.
how can i update my Pure?

@benjuolo I’m sorry that you’re having issues. Have you tried different USB ports? I know that I had this issue & for me, it was a USB port issue.
