Screen protector for sure would have helped, honestly not sure what they can do for you because a defect is one thing but it dropping and cracking is another, thats why they suggest you get the screen protector
Oh dang the screen is glass? That’s unfortunate. I was hoping it was that plastic front plate they have on e-readers like the Kindle. Those things are indestructible…

I’m writing here once again to share my ongoing experience with returning my Mudita Kompact phone. I really didn’t want to post publicly again, but I feel like this is the only way to get any attention, considering the lack of proper customer support.
My return was sent back and the delivery was confirmed via tracking two weeks ago . Despite that, I have received no follow-up, no confirmation, and still no refund.
Frankly, the complete silence from Mudita’s support team is incredibly frustrating. I expected more from a company that claims to value simplicity and transparency.
This entire return process has been unnecessarily stressful. I just want closure on this – a confirmation, a refund, or at the very least some kind of communication.
Has anyone else experienced such long delays or lack of response from their support team? Any advice on how to escalate this?

I’ve just signed up to echo slotte’s comments. Returned at my own expense via tracked Royal Mail delivery (UK) weeks ago, and no answer to my multiple emails since.
Worrying to say the least - considering contacting Royal Mail as they insure a portion of the parcel costs.
Potential Kompakt buyers, beware that this company will go quiet if you attempt to return the device.
I hope that you are not right. I think the problem with Mudita can be to little staff. Considering the big advertisement and influx of new customers maybe it will be wise to hire more people or outsource somewhere else in eastern Europe…
If it helps: they received my returned MK on may 27 and said they would “promptly” resolve my case. No news since

Again, FWIW I received the refund today including the cost of the screen protector (that is obviously non-reusable) so nice touch from Mudita Team.
They are not fast but they are reliable and efficient nonetheless.
I’ll keep an eye on the Kompakt and future updates. If my communication habits change I might consider buy it again.

@nirvana Thank you so much for the kind words I will pass on the feedback to @Lukasz_Siecinski, the Lead in our Customer Relations dept. We are a bit spread thin at the moment, but that’s only because the popularity of Kompakt really went through the roof (which is a good thing)
