Tracking your self-care habits during lockdown?

What methods are you using to track your self-care habits on a day to day basis? How are you dealing with the changes in your life due to the pandemic and lockdown in general? Are you doing anything new? I’d love to hear from you.

Hi again, @tiffany! I hope you’re well.

My family & I have been taking so many walks, enjoying nature, living in the moment (the way it should be).

During this lockdown:

  • I made the choice to leave Social Media.
  • I made the choice to become a Mudita Pure owner.
  • I made the choice to live in the moment, instead of endlessly scrolling some feed.
