Support no longer reachable?

I just tried to contact support about this browser problem I posted in another thread, and immediately got this response:

"We’re writing to let you know that the group you tried to contact (support) may not exist, or you may not have permission to post messages to the group. A few more details on why you weren’t able to post:

    • You might have spelled or formatted the group name incorrectly.*
    • The owner of the group may have removed this group.*
    • You may need to join the group before receiving permission to post.*
    • This group may not be open to posting.*

Is this a bad dream ? What else could go wrong ?

@YYZ I just tested it twice from two different emails & it all works for me. I got assigned a ticket number straight away. I’ve escalated this to the devs- but from my end it looks OK.

Anyone else having this issue?

Ok I just tried again and this time the email got through and I got a support ticket.
I’ve had similar problems before, when trying to log on to this forum. I would get weird error messages for several minutes, and then I was able to login again. But with email this was a first. Plus it makes no sense to say “You may need to join the group before receiving permission to post” when someone is trying to send an email.

Yeah, I reported this to the DEVS- I sent them a screenshot of what you wrote above. Could have been a glitch.
