Is there an option to set the phone to speaker as a default when I answer calls?

No, there’s no way, as far as I’m aware. There was a trick on Android 12, which required Google Services. If you’re open to sideloading, you might want to check Aurora Store or F-Droid for an app to do that for you.

Hi @Marco, I have zero desire to sideload any apps or alter or tinker with the standard/current Mudita OS.
In my opinion, it is an Accessibility setting that is missing from the Mudita OS.

You’re right, absolutely. Just trying to think with you. Accessibility options are crippled on the Kompakt, which I have been confronted, as someone who has disabilities, with on more then one occasion. It wasn’t a standard option on Android 12 and the workaround has been removed, so if you don’t want to sideload, which I totally get (but I can’t prevent myself), the disappointing answer.is: no, you can’t, as far as my knowledge reaches. You can ask @urszula whether she wants to add it to the whishlist as it is definitely an important function, which should never been taken out. But be warned, there’s a long which list, and functionalities specifically for disabled or who whish to use them.for other reasons, somehow don’t climb faster on the list with priorities….
